I
had a couple of great emails from the Barclays team. They
had an absolutely brilliant time, everything worked like
clockwork from arrival at the airport to the car pick up
and then the wonderful Hotel Westin la Quinta and golf. They
had nothing but sunshine all weekend and played golf every
day on some spectacular courses so came back completely shattered
but very very happy so thank you so much.

Location
The region of Southern Spain, well known as the Costa del Sol,

Preparation
A proposal will be put forward regarding feasibility of the
commissioning company and preparation of budget and cost.
The organisation of the printing and distribution of conference
material, press packs, name badges and any other informative
material necessary.
Staff & Equipment
A team of multilingual staff act as interpreters, guides, coordinators
and secretaries will be available to assist with any enquires.
Audio and visual equipment can be arranged. Other services
include the recording and filming of the conference, display
boards for illustration and overhead projector slides.
Other Services
To enable the commissioning company to concentrate on specific
business issues, the HI Group can offer
