Stoke City Take a Break at MPFS Marbella in Spain

As part of the teams bonus for gaining promotion last season to the English second division, Stoke City were rewarded with a 4 day break to MPF-Marpafut in Marbella. The team was on a strict schedule, training both in the morning and afternoon. It was a pleasure to have Stoke City here for the first time, there really seemed to be a great team spirit amongst the players and staff.
On the final day the team was given the afternoon off to relax and play some golf at La Quinta Golf Club. Unfortunatley that afternoon brought the first bit of rain for about a month, but this did not stop team manager Tony "Bandit" Pulis going round in 6 over par, not bad for a 16 handicapper? Look forward to the return match!
