Holiday International is pleased to announce that they have signed an Exclusive Sales Contract with the new Football Training Centre, in Antequera, on the Costa del Sol . The Hotel Antequera Golf, offers clients a 4 star hotel with fantastic facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, and spa area, as well as a 9 hole golf course. The hotel is situated just 45 minutes from Malaga airport in the beautiful Spanish town of Antequera.

Early this year we were pleased to introduce two of our travelling teams to this facility, and both were very impressed with the hotel, and the superb grass pitch. Colorado Rapids traveled all the way from the USA to spend 9 nights at this facility. Their feedback was tremendous, and they left, vowing to return again next year.

We are very excited about this new facility and will be including it in our Winter 2004/2005 programme.

Holiday International Sport & Travel were the proud sponsors of the Huddersfield Town Football Club 2004 Golf Classic earlier this month.

Around 20 teams competed, and enjoyed a fantastic day, at Huddersfield's Fixby Golf Club, which commenced with a 9 hole Texas Scramble and was followed by an 18 hole Stableford in the afternoon.

HIS&T's Managing Director, Ian Radford, was joined in his team by ex Leeds Utd, Huddersfield Town & England great, Trevor Cherry, HTAFC player, Andy Booth, and Prime Time Recruitment Managing Director, David Gallagher.

Following a great day of golf, a Presentation Dinner was held in the Centenary Hall, and whilst HIS&T were not on the receiving end of any silverware, Ian Radford and Commercial Director Wayne Elliott were on hand to present the prizes.

Wayne Elliott commented "Sponsorship of these type of events give us the perfect opportunity to enhance our relationship with the football club and promote the wide range of golf, leisure & incentive breaks we offer on Spain's Costa del Sol".

The winter training season has now drawn to a close, and once again we welcomed many new teams to the Costa del Sol, as well as lots of old friends who had traveled with us before. These teams included:

The weather on the Costa del Sol this year surpassed everyone’s expectations, and with clear blue skies and brilliant sunshine, the conditions, and training facilities, were perfect.
