Set on the southern coast of Portugal, The Le Meridien Penina hotel is located midway between the traditional fishing port of Portimão and the historic town of Lagos.
The resort offers a selection of great facilities such as an outdoor Olympic size swimming pool and a FIFA-sized football field which has been used by teams such as Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund. The hotel also has 6 ATP floodlit tennis courts for the guests to use, as well as an 18-hole golf course and two 9-hole gold courses. Fitness facilities at the hotel also include a fully equipped gymnasium and three-kilometre jogging circuits with 12 exercise stations.Facilities include:
