The property consists of an entrance hall, cloak-room with toilet and wash-basin, lounge and dining area which leads out onto a covered patio with small enclosed garden, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher and microwave. The first floor has one twin-bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes and bathroom adjacent, and the main bedroom has king-sized bed with dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is situated on the second floor and has twin-beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, as well as access to a large patio area ideal for sunbathing in private. The property enjoys the benefit of hot and cold air-conditioning and there is also a secure under-ground parking area with direct entrance to the property.

Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of 2 weeks or more, a maid service and change of linen is also included.
