We had a great time thanks - from the minutethe driver picked us up with the funny sign to him waiting for the last hung-over hen to drag herself back to airport on Sunday! Lovely place, good laugh and lucky with the weather too, we would definitely recommend you to anyone else.

This stunning 5 bed, 5 bath villa is situated in the La Cirquilla
area of Nueva Andalucia, the residential area behind Puerto Banus.
The house has fantastic views overlooking golf valley and to the sea
and is only a 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and the beach. The owner
is currently renovating and refurbishing the property and there will
be a lovely kitchen with American cherry units, granite work surfaces,
two fridges, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher and all the bathrooms
are being renewed with modern white suites and sanitary ware.
The house is built on 3 levels and the accommodation is composed of
two master suites, both with double beds, en-suite bathrooms and a
sitting area, one of which is located on the top floor from which
access can be gained to a large terrace overlooking the garden and
boasting fantastic views, and the other located on the lower floor,
from which access can be gained to a small terrace and to the garden.
The further 3 bedrooms, one on each level, all have two twin beds
and private bathrooms. Also on the lower level is a sauna with wet
room, and the laundry/utility room. The large airy living room is
located on the middle level and has separate dining and reading areas.
From the living room access is gained to the large semi covered terrace
which is furnished with cane sofas and a large dining table and chairs,
there is also a BBQ area with gas BBQ.
The house is being furnished in modern contemporary style throughout,
with the top master suite decorated and accessorised on the theme
of ‘Out of Africa’, the other 4 bedrooms having muted
shades of ‘theme’ colours, and the living areas being
decorated in shades of beige creams and taupes with deep red accessories.
The villa has the added benefit that out of high season it can also
be let as a 3 bed, 3 bath villa by closing off the lower floor, but
still allowing access to the laundry room.
The pool, which is surrounded by a marble terrace can also be heated
in mid and low season. If this is required a supplementary cost will
be levied.
